Uncontrollable laughter

I was changing some money today in preparation for Cambodia, which apparently uses US dollars as its defacto currency.

When I presented my passport to the lady working in the bank, she broke out in hysterical laughter. I have had a friends and family smirk at my photo from nearly 10 years ago, but its the first time I have ever had an official type person, laugh right in my face at the photo.

I wasn’t sure if it was the photo which I had taken years ago, probably after a night of drinking or if that I look so different now.
