It's broadcast before pray five times a day. That's true that the first adzan is broadcast very early at 4-4.30 a.m. coz the first pray is when sun rise in the morning. I do understand that it disturb ur sleep :) However, it's not true that doing adzan loudly is because moslems are hoping that God will hear their prayers.
