Most asian countries have dozens and dozens of spices .. if not hundreds. Philippines has what .... 4? Vinegar, soy .. tamarind. That it? I wish the philippines had a food culture and cared about their food. They surely don't, and never will. I am good cook, but even the ingredients are a joke in the grocery stores.
