		<description>Thanks for the comment.  I didn&#039;t really feel like arguing at the time. It can be intimidating with all of the guards standing around with machine guns.  Also, the official studied my passport for a long time - not sure what he was looking for.  If everyone got their visa beforehand they wouldn&#039;t have to worry about this and I think now you can apply on the internet.</description>

These days they seem to insist on 1100B and even flat out refuse to take dollars. Anyway, if you can be bothered, please do write to a Cambodian embassy with the name of the official who cheated you (it&#039;s on the visa). Maybe they will do something some day if enough people bring it up, although I doubt it :).</description>
